This session is typically 60-90 minutes. We can usually get everything in an hour, but I like to add a little "padding" to allow for outfit changes or if we need to make a location change.
You will receive 50+ hand-edited images with unlimited downloads and an online gallery to share with your loved ones.

I bring the entire studio setup to you including backdrop, lighting, and everything needed to create polished, modern business portraits. The process is simple and efficient, designed to minimize disruption to the workday while still giving each person individual guidance and attention.
Each team member is photographed on a neutral backdrop with flattering lighting and gentle posing direction. These portraits are ideal for websites, email signatures, LinkedIn profiles, internal directories, and marketing materials.
This option pairs perfectly with lifestyle branding sessions or can be booked on its own for offices needing updated, cohesive headshots across the team.

On site backdrop business portraits are priced per team with a simple, scalable structure.
Base setup fee
$150
Includes travel, mobile studio setup, professional lighting, and breakdown.
Per person
$65 per person
Includes a short portrait session and three professionally edited, high resolution images.
Additional images
$25 per image
or
$75 for the full gallery from that individual.
A minimum booking total of $300 applies. Custom quotes are available for larger teams or special requests.

Most portraits take about 5 minutes per person. The process is efficient but unhurried, with time for simple posing guidance and multiple expressions.
How much space do you need?
A small conference room or open office space works perfectly. I typically need an area about 8x8 feet to set up the backdrop and lighting.
What should we wear?
Solid, neutral colors photograph best and help keep the look clean and professional. I recommend avoiding busy patterns, logos, and bright whites. I am happy to offer simple wardrobe guidance ahead of time if needed.
Can we update photos later if someone new is hired?
Yes. Follow up sessions can be scheduled to match your original setup so new team members blend seamlessly with existing portraits.
How are images delivered?
Final images are delivered through a private online gallery where individuals or the company can easily download their selected files.
How far in advance should we book?
Most offices book two to four weeks in advance. Larger teams or full day bookings may require additional notice.
